Ryan Companies US, Inc. – a developer, designer, builder, capital markets partner and national property manager of full-service commercial real estate solutions based in Minneapolis – has promoted Bob West to vice president of food and drinks. In his role, West will develop the food and beverage sub-sector of the industry at Ryan.
West’s 30 years of industry experience will help drive strategy, growth and consistency in the food and beverage subsector at Ryan. Initial investments were made earlier this year to expand the team and add specialist members with food and beverage backgrounds. The program is expected to reach $ 15 million in revenue by the end of the year and is expected to reach $ 100 million by the end of 2022.
West joined Ryan in 2013 as director of business development for the industrial sector. He was the third person to join the industry and has built and maintained relationships with several domestic clients including PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, Southern Eagle Distribution, Nestlé-Purina and Kroger. His contributions have helped the industry grow from $ 100 million annually to over $ 2 billion.
West holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the State of Kennesaw.
