Naples Aesthetic Wellness, Inc. has leased 1,380 square feet of office space from Ninigret Technology East, LC and Ninigret Park Development, LC located at 671 Goodlette Frank Road North, Suite 140. Clint L. Sherwood brokered this transaction.

Millennium Physicians Group, LLC leased 2,498 square feet of office space from Farley White CHP, LLC located at 11181 Health Park Boulevard, Suite 3040. Tara L. Stokes represented the landlord and Steve Wood of LandQwest Commercial represented the tenant.

472 Production, LLC has purchased 6,420 square feet of retail space from Alliance Moving, Inc. located at 472 Production Boulevard for $1,750,000. Christine McManus negotiated this transaction.

OLP Global Fort Myers FL LLC has purchased a 41,910 square foot building on 4.1 acres in the Southwest International Commerce Park at 14550 Global Pkwy., Ft. Myers at 14550 Global Parkway for $8,100,000. Derek Bornhorst, Bob Johnston, Jerry Messonnier and Adam Bornhorst negotiated the transaction.

41 Central Fort Myers Apartments has purchased an 8.5 acre +/- parcel of land at 11521-801 So. Cleveland Avenue, Ft. Myers from 2010 Palm Pointe Limited Partnership for $3,400,000. Jonathan Richards represented the buyer in the transaction.

Highview Homes Fort Myers LLC has purchased a 6.4 acre multi-family site in Central Park at Cypress Terrace Cir. (at press time, no address has been officially assigned), Ft. Myers of Fort Pegasus LLC for $2,750,000. Brock Rasmussen brokered the transaction.

Dredge Management Associates has purchased 18.73 acres on the southeast corner of Collier Blvd. and Port Au Prince Dr., Naples by Josef Magdalener for $1,500,000. Bill Young and Biagio Bernardo negotiated the transaction.

Stephen Folb purchased a 0.41 acre lot at 9950-9970 Interstate Dr., Ft. Myers from OrionSLC, LLC for $600,000. Bill Young and Biagio Bernardo negotiated the transaction.

CNI Consulting, Inc. has leased 1,456 square feet of office space in the Collier Park of Commerce at 3050 Horseshoe Drive N, Suite 100A, Naples from Helios Colliers, LLC. Dave Wallace and David Wallace negotiated the transaction.

Gilgan Family Holdings has leased 4,500 square foot industrial space in the Collier Park of Commerce at 2960 Horseshoe Drive S, Units 400-600, Naples to Helios Colliers, LLC. Dave Wallace and David Wallace negotiated the transaction.

Lee & Associates Hires Martone as Senior Transaction Coordinator

Frank Martone, Esq. joined Lee & Associates/Naples – Ft. Myers. He obtained his law degree from the prestigious Ave Maria University. Prior to law school, Frank earned his MBA in Business Administration and his BS in Finance from the University of New Haven in West Haven, Connecticut.

Whitcomb joins FL Star Construction management team

FL Star announced that the company has added full-time engineer W. Taylor Whitcomb to its management team. Prior to joining FL Star, Whitcomb worked as a senior project coordinator with Atwell Group, LLC in Bonita Springs. His responsibilities included supervising a team of civil engineers, designers, planners and landscapers as well as obtaining permits for company projects, budgeting and proposals. Whticomb graduated from Southern Methodist University, Lyle School of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. He also attended Southern Methodist University, Cox Summer Business Institute.

The brokers of Naples celebrate the year of the banner

Dave and David Wallace, agents of Naples-based CRE Consultants, released their 2021 year-end results. in addition to 127,000 square feet leased or sold for the year. Among other highlights, these transactions included more than 18,000 square feet leased in 1100 of the Fifth Building as well as more than 37,000 square feet in the Collier Park of Commerce development and a single 20,000 square foot lease to FineMark Bank.
