American AllWaste Announces New Chief Financial Officer, Mark Apostle and

HOUSTON, Sept. 06, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — American AllWaste LLC (AllWaste), a NewHold Enterprises (“NewHold”) company and a leading provider of nonhazardous liquid waste transportation and disposal, cleanup and utility infrastructure inspection, and on-site dewatering services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Apostle as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), along with the promotion of current Chief Financial Officer, Robert Schima , as Chief Operating Officer (“COO”).

Based at AllWaste’s corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas, Apostle will be responsible for corporate accounting, finance and reporting and will report to AllWaste CEO Darrell Rogers and COO Robert Schema. Apostle brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, including more than ten in public accounting and the most recent ten with private energy and industrial companies. Prior to joining AllWaste, he was CFO of two Houston-based companies, Kinetica Partners, a midstream gas-to-steam acquisition company, and Republic Development Partners, a midstream energy infrastructure company previously owned by ArcLight Capital Partners. Previously, Apostle worked for Energy Transfer Partners, a diversified midstream energy company in San Antonio and began his career at Arthur Andersen and KPMG. Apostle brings extensive experience in financial and technology infrastructure, as well as the integration of acquisitions.
